REU Program

Six undergraduates worked at IfA this past summer as full-time research assistants to a faculty member. The participants in the Research Experiences for Under-graduates (REU) program were Jennifer Beard (Virginia Tech), Elizabeth Fernandez (New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology), Matthew Graham (Oklahoma State), Alaina Henry (University of Rochester), Collete Salyk (MIT), and Tiffany Titus (Illinois Institute of Technology). The faculty mentors were Drs. Amy Barger, Ann Boesgaard, Jeffrey Kuhn, Bo Reipurth, David Tholen, and Richard Wainscoat.
