IfA Student Wins UH Research Award

IfA graduate student Yuko Kakazu is the 2006 Winner of
the University Research Council's Student Excellence in Research
Award for outstanding student research at the doctoral level. This
UH-wide competition for all disciplines uses evidence of the quality,
originality, and significance of student research to select award winners.
Kakazu's dissertation is "A Wide-Field Survey for High-Redshift
Quasars." |
