Life on the Space Station

IfA staff member Jill Kajikawa-Kent and her daughter Angela with Ed Lu at the reception that followed his talk.

NASA Astronaut Ed Lu, spoke about "Life on the International Space Station" during an IfA-sponsored event February 5 at UH Manoa. IfA Director Rolf Kudritzki hosted the talk, and Gov. Linda Lingle introduced Lu.

During the talk, Lu showed some of the many photographs he took while on the space station, including several of Hawaii. He clearly relished his time in space.
